Support & get involved

The course is free to learn, and there's no plan to change that. We build it in our own time because we think more people deserve a clear, honest path into Australian cyber security. If it's been useful to you, or to your organisation, here are the ways you can help it grow.

Who's behind this

Built in Australia by people who've walked the path you're on. We changed careers into cyber ourselves, and now work in the field, across security and governance, risk & compliance (GRC). This is the guide we wish we'd had starting out. More on the about page.

Sponsors & supporters

We welcome sponsorship from organisations that want to help more Australians into cyber careers, as well as non-profit cloud credits and in-kind support.

Editorial independence: sponsors and supporters do not influence course content. What we teach is decided on the merits and grounded in primary sources, full stop. Sponsorship is acknowledged transparently and never buys a say in the curriculum.

Partner with us

If you're an employer, TAFE, RTO, or community organisation, there are higher-impact ways to work together:

  • Hire our learners: connect with people who've completed a structured, Australian, job-focused pathway.
  • Sponsor a cohort: support a group of career changers through the material.
  • Co-design or licence content: the course content is all rights reserved, but we're open to licensing it for reuse; talk to us about collaboration.

Contribute

Not looking to fund anything? Spreading the word helps more than you'd think, so share the course with someone considering a career change. And if you spot an error, a dead link, or something that could be clearer, report it. Corrections are genuinely valued, and every one of them makes the course better for the next person who starts.

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered privately to the maintainers and used only to respond to you; see our privacy page.
